When it comes to bottomless mimosa brunch, Denver is cashing in on the brunch craze. So much so that trying to narrow down the plethora of options to only the BEST bottomless mimosas Denver CO has to offer is no easy task!

In fact, Denver mimosa brunch is SO popular that you could wait upwards of two hours just to get in.

But as the saying goes, “ain’t nobody got time for that.”

Therefore, when I’m hunting for a bottomless mimosa Denver brunch spot, I’m typically looking for three things:
1. A manageable wait time, or the ability to make reservations (I’m crazy impatient)
2. Bottomless mimosas at a decent price (none of that paying by the glass crap, this is for the volume drinkers)
3. Excellent food to wash down with the bottomless mimosas in Denver

Keeping that in mind, I now present to you my personal favorites currently killing the Denver bottomless mimosa brunch game.

Please note these are in no particular order, but numbered for ease of reference on the map.

WHERE TO GET THE BEST BOTTOMLESS MIMOSAS DENVER HAS TO OFFER

1. The Lobby – Best Bottomless Brunch Denver Overall

The Lobby is well-known in the Denver brunch scene. And it’s one of the very few locations where you can imbibe on bottomless mimosas every day of the week!

With multiple levels of seating, as well as an outdoor patio, this spot gets packed to the gills during peak weekend brunch times (11:00 am onward). Reservations are accepted, but only until 10:30 am.

However, in my experience, the Lobby does a fantastic job of working the waiting crowd. Even with a group of 8+ people I’ve never waited longer than 30-40 minutes to be seated. And that time flies because you can start your bottomless mimosas at the bar while you wait.

Once seated, the staff are on top of it ensuring your mimosa glass is never empty. The food menu is creative and delicious – my personal favorite is the “Challah At Ya Boy” and it’s delicious. But best of all, they have a neighborhood orange tabby cat (appropriately named Mimosa Oliver on insta) who frequents the courtyard to get pets from the brunch crowd!

2. Linger

Bottomless mimosa Denver details: $16.00 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Saturday & Sunday

Get your bottomless mimosas with a side of…death?? You can do just that at Linger, because it’s housed in an old mortuary building. In fact, they even took the old body conveyor tables and turned them into bar tables. Creepy and amazing.

Luckily one thing that certainly isn’t dead is the bottomless mimosa brunch at Linger. Here you can sip your bubbly libations and enjoy their delectable Asian fusion bites. The adobo pork benedict is particularly good!

Do you hate it when you’ve finished your food, and feel bad for continuing to take up a table to drink? Well luckily that’s a non-issue at Linger! Here they will give you a wristband to continue your bottomless drinking on their rooftop (weather permitting).

3. Ophelia’s Electric Soapbox

Bottomless mimosa Denver details: $16.00 from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. (Friday) and 10:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. (Saturday & Sunday)

Another Denver brunch spot with a curious history, Ophelia’s used to be the area’s bonafide house of sin. Covering everything from peep shows, to adults only books, to even being a fully functioning brothel at one point.

Nowadays Ophelia’s is more well-known for daily live music. Which makes it one of only a couple spots on this listing to provide live entertainment while you brunch. Combine that with a killer menu of eclectic bites, and you’ve got the perfect recipe for brunch success.

PRO TIP
Reservations HIGHLY recommended. This spot gets crazy busy for weekend brunch during peak times (11:00 a.m. onward).

4. Hamburger Mary’s

Bottomless mimosa Denver details: $14.99 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturdays (3 hour time limit)

Does it get any better than bottomless mimosas in Denver and a show? Why yes, yes it does. Because at Hamburger Mary’s you get brunch and a DRAG QUEEN show. And it just doesn’t get any better than that!

Mary’s is a wonderfully quirky place. The building is painted purple, the inside has pink lighting, and high heels are posed as art on the walls. The food is delicious and the crowd is warm and welcoming.

But the queens are the stars of this brunch (after the bottomless mimosas of course). Watch as they work the crowd while performing songs you just can’t help but sing-a-long to. Or catch the naked shot boy for…well…a naked shot. You can even participate in one of their crowd-involved games like a twerk off.

Just be sure to leave your inhibitions at the door and wear your party pants. This is a brunch that definitely gets wild and rowdy!

PRO TIP
Since Hamburger Mary’s is delivering brunch and a show, reservations are basically required as their shows do frequently sell out.

5. Irish Snug

Located in Capitol Hill, the small distance from downtown proper translates into brunch savings. And I am all about that!

However, there’s more reason to come to brunch at the snug than saving a little money. With a large space spread out over two levels, and some outdoor seating space, accommodating a weekend brunch group here (big or small) is virtually pain free.

And if you happen to visit for bottomless brunch Denver on a Sunday, make sure you stick around for the weekly Irish Seisiún (Irish Session) at 3 pm. This is an informal gathering where they play traditional Irish music on a variety of instruments (some you’ve probably never even seen before). It has the feel of a living room jam session, with everyone laughing and taking beer breaks as needed. The perfect end to your boozy brunch, Denver!

PRO TIP
Do yourself a favor and order the Irish nachos. You won’t regret it.

6. The District

Bottomless mimosa Denver details: $15.00 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. DAILY (2 hour time limit)

The District’s Denver mimosa brunch has become increasingly more popular in the last year or two, and once you experience it for yourself, it’s clear why.

Their menu covers the classics (waffles, omelettes), with the addition of some unique spins on classic brunch fare like smoked brisket and eggs (delish). But what really takes the cake here is their bottomless libations.

At the District you can mix and match mimosas, beermosas, bloody marys, bloody marias, screwdrivers AND sangria…all for the same price! They also include a full build-your-own bottomless bar so you can choose your mixers and toppings to get the exact flavor profile (or booze to filler ratio) you want.

Now your friends who “don’t like mimosas” have no excuse to skip Denver bottomless brunch! Especially considering the District offers their bottomless libations every day of the week.

7. Rialto Cafe

Bottomless mimosa Denver details: $14.50 from 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Saturday & Sunday

With arguably the best location of this listing, Rialto Cafe is situated smack dab in the middle of Denver’s famous 16th street mall. Grab a table near the windows to guarantee some of the best people watching brunch can bring.

And when it comes to the menu, forget the days of plain old orange juice mimosas. Bottomless mimosa brunch at Rialto Cafe includes a juice bar with SEVEN different juice options to choose from.

So what will be hanging out with your bubbly? Prickly pear, huckleberry, bad decisions…the options to mix with your champagne here are endless.

When it comes to bottomless mimosas, Denver is clearly doing something right. Brunch in Denver is an institution. And the restaurants catering to the boozy brunch crowd leave no stone unturned (or fruit un-juiced).

But as mentioned above, the brunch competition here is fierce. So tell me, do YOU have a favorite bottomless mimosa spot in Denver that you think is worthy of being the best of the best?? Shout out and let me know!

When I do get out for brunch, I feel decidedly un-cool amongst the people who dress up to make brunch a destination. But that doesn’t mean I stay away. I would love to go to Hamburger Mary’s for the food and the show! It sounds like my idea of a great morning well spent.

Girl we are kindred spirits…I don’t get dressed up either! Brunch gets whatever outfit I give it, and the mimosas will go down the same regardless 🙂
